SIG BDX: A Hunting App for Accurate Shots
SIG BDX is a free lifestyle app developed by Sig Sauer Application Development that helps hunters make accurate and ethical shots. The app is designed to work with KILO BDX rangefinders and SIERRA3BDX riflescopes. The app uses Applied Ballistics and Bluetooth® to illuminate the exact holdover dot in the riflescope.
With SIG BDX, hunters can easily connect the dot between their rangefinder and riflescope to ensure the most accurate shot possible. The app has a simple interface with four main functions: download, sync, bond, and range. Once synced, the app will notify the user when the riflescope has received a new holdover reticle update from the rangefinder by flashing the blue LED on the power selector ring.
The BDX system works up to 800 yards with 1 MOA of accuracy, making it an excellent tool for hunting enthusiasts. To use the app, simply turn on the riflescope, range the target, and the new hold will be lit up out to 800 yards.
